This session led by Leri, who will be giving a broad introduction to baby yoga and massage techniques to support your baby's developmental milestones. Along with an emphasis on parent/caregiver wellbeing.

These sessions are different to any other courses offered by Iogis Bach.

A small, welcoming group which will also give you an opportunity to meet and socialise with other mums/parents/caregivers. The sessions are relaxed with no pressure on you or your baby.

Suitable from 8+ weeks - up to active crawling.

Gelli Printmaking Workshop with Jŵls Williams to coincide with the North Wales Wildlife Trust exhibition

Come along for a creative workshop where you’ll explore various plant forms through a range of fun and accessible printmaking processes. Led by local artist Jŵls Williams this 2.5 hour creative workshop will help you connect with incredible plant life, exploring the topic of invasive plants and their impact on wider, wilder landscapes.

Perfect for beginners and experienced makers alike.
