This session led by Leri, who will be giving a broad introduction to baby yoga and massage techniques to support your baby's developmental milestones. Along with an emphasis on parent/caregiver wellbeing.

These sessions are different to any other courses offered by Iogis Bach.

A small, welcoming group which will also give you an opportunity to meet and socialise with other mums/parents/caregivers. The sessions are relaxed with no pressure on you or your baby.

Suitable from 8+ weeks - up to active crawling.

Join us for a festive afternoon of Christmas Carols at Plas Glyn-y-Weddw!
Enjoy beautiful seasonal music performed by pianist Mandy Morfudd, saxophonist Ed Humphries and singer Ffion Wynne in the stunning surroundings of the gallery.
