Work on regenerating the Winllan woodland at Plas Glyn-y-Weddw, following the destruction caused by Storm Darragh in December 2024, is taking great strides.....
Thanks to funding from the Gwynedd Nature Partnership and Welsh Government, the work of clearing and restoring the ancient Winllan woodland at Plas Glyn-y-Weddw, after the destruction from Storm Darragh on the 7th of December 2024, is well underway.
Plas Glyn-y-Weddw will now work further with the Gwynedd Nature Partnership and Ecologist Simon Gibbs on a long-term woodland management plan for the Winllan with community engagement central to it's future vision.
