A high energy and fun movement workshop based on the Myths and Legends of Wales
In a 1 hour workshop participants will be guided in following their own expressive movement. Encouraging creativity through story and words. Imagination, character development and rhythms of the body will be explored.
Wear comfortable clothes you can move in easily.
A parent or guardian must stay with children under 8 years old.
