Trofannolismo by Morag Colquhoun is a re-imagination of the 1960’s Brazilian Tropicalia movement from a perspective of rural Wales with a focus on Bardsey Island, especially the migratory birds that arrive there from South America. The exhibition follows a period of collaboration with Welsh ecologists, agriculturalists horticulturalists and communities during the summer of 2017. Included in the exhibition will be ‘L & Ch’, a painting by Laszlo Noholy-Magy and taxidermy birds, on loan from the National Museum Wales.
